De 15e editie van de Nederlandse Testdag wordt dit jaar georganiseerd
door de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.  De Nederlandse Testdag is
een landelijk symposium op het gebied van software- en systeemtesten,
met deelnemers uit het bedrijfsleven en onderzoeksinstellingen. De
Testdag streeft altijd een goede balans tussen beide werelden na,
met het oog op het bevorderen van onderzoeksresultaten en ervaringen
uit de praktijk. Daarnaast vervult de Testdag een belangrijke functie
als networking event voor professionals, onderzoekers en bedrijven die
actief zijn op het gebied van testen. Dit jaar is de Nederlandse Testdag
ingebed in een collectie aan internationale academische en industriele
conferenties die tijdens de FMWeek, begin November in Eindhoven plaats
zullen vinden, zie http://www.win.tue.nl/fmweek/


Voor de samenstelling van het programma van de Testdag ontvangen wij
graag een voorstel voor een presentatie. Typische relevante onderwerpen
in dit kader zijn:

* probleemstellingen: definities van nieuwe uitdagingen en voorstellen
  voor de aanpak daarvan;
* onderzoekspresentaties: verslagen van onderzoeksresultaten; 
* praktijkervaringen: case studies, successen, open problemen, methoden,
  organisatie van testen, tools.

Voorstellen voor presentaties dienen als Engelstalige samenvatting
van maximaal 500 woorden, vergezeld van een auteursprofiel
van maximaal 50 woorden, per e-mail te worden gestuurd naar

The 15th edition of the Dutch Testing Day (Nederlandse Testdag)
is organised by the Eindhoven University of Technology.  The Dutch
Testing Day is a national symposium on software and systems testing,
with participants from industry and academia. The Testing Day has
traditionally been a forum that fosters cross-fertilisation between
industry and academia, through a balanced programme that highlights
aspects in testing, both practical and theoretical. In addition,
the Testing Day plays an important role as a networking event for
professionals, researchers, and companies involved in testing. This year's
edition of the Testing Day will be part of the FMWeek, a collection
of international academic and industrial conferences taking place in

We solicit proposals for presentations for the Testing Day on all subjects
related to testing, including, but not limited to:

* problem statements: definitions of new challenges, and discussions of
  possible approaches;
* research presentations: results from current research in the area
  of testing;
* presentations of practical experiences: case studies, reports of
  successes, open problems, methods, test organisation.

The submission should be in English, no more than 500 words, describing
practical and theoretical challenges and solutions, accompanied by a
profile of the author. The allotted time for presentations is 30 minutes.
